BASIS BALANCE Mineral Substance Bath is the ideal supplement to the BASIS BALANCE products, e.g. during a diet or fasting cure, after physical effort or stress. At such times it makes sense to support the daily taking of BASIS BALANCE with a mineral substance bath.

Alkaline mineral substances
The pleasant and restorative effect of hot mineral baths has been known since ancient times. The pH value of the bathwater is increased by alkaline mineral salt mixtures and excess acids of the skin can be carried out more easily. Mineral substance-rich sea salt assists this process by the mineral substances it contains. On account of alkaline mineral substances and sea salt , BASIS BALANCE Mineral Substance Bath promotes well-being and assists the skin's natural balancing function. Amongst others, the following mineral substances and trace elements are contained in sea salt: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and manganese.

Recommended use:
For a full bath, add 3 rounded tablespoons (approx. 60 g) of alkaline bath salts into the stream of running water. Bath duration: approx. 30 minutes. As high a bath temperature as possible assists effectiveness. The full relaxing effect occurs 15 to 30 minutes after the bath.

Ingredients (INCI): Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Gluconate, Maris Sal

Advice: the Mineral Substance Bath is fragrance-free, and contains no perfume, soap or colouring.
