Hawthorn Heart Circulation Tonic
This delicious liquid preparation with fruit pulp contains well-tried active ingredients from the hawthorn berries which have a harmonising and invigorating effect on the heart and circulation. Hawthorn is not only a good tonic for senile heart, but assists heart performance, thus strengthening circulation and in so doing promoting cardiac muscle circulation.

Hawthorn Heart Circulation Tonic is particularly delicious and alcohol-free.

The hawthorn bush (Latin: Crataegus) is native throughout Europe and can reach an age of over 500 years; its name originates from its white blossom.

The hawthorn plant was already being used medicinally in ancient times and is considered one of the best-researched medicinal plants today. Its invigorating effect on the heart - particularly in so-called 'senile heart' - has been confirmed many times along with its beneficial effect on blood pressure.

The effect of hawthorn blossom and leaves results in particular from its content of flavonoids (substances involved in plant cell respiration and energy transfer) and procyanidins.

Recommended dose
Take 2-3 measuring spoons (15 ml) of Hawthorn Heart Circulation Tonic per day undiluted or mixed with mineral water or milk before eating. Not for children under 12 years.

15 ml of liquid contains:
Medically active ingredient: hawthorn fruit pulp 6.6 g. Other ingredients: fructose, sucrose (saccharose), orange juice concentrate, beetroot juice concentrate, guar gum, carob flour, pectin, potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid, citric acid monohydrate, water.

Pack size and pharmaceutical form
750 ml (AT), 330 ml (AT) and 250 ml brown glass light protection bottle to preserve valuable ingredients.
