For naturally regulating blood glucose levels
Diabetes balance is a dietary food for medical purposes (balanced diet) and was specifically developed to supplement the treatment of type 2 diabetes by regulating blood glucose levels.
The product contains an extract from bitter melon with special plant substances which are barely present at this level in a normal diet. Bitter melon is rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements. In Asia, Africa and North and South America, this is also an important plant in alternative medicine. According to scientific literature and expert reports, extracts of bitter melon are used for the special dietary supplementation of individuals with type 2 diabetes as part of a diet plan. The specifically produced extract of bitter melon can be consumed on a daily basis and has three key tasks:
- restricting glucose uptake from the intestines
- sensitising and preparing the intestinal villi for the pending release of insulin
- giving natural support to the pancreas in releasing insulin
Diabetes balance must be used as a supplement to a balanced diet under medical supervision and must not be used to replace insulin or any other medication prescribed to lower the blood glucose level.
Diabetes balance can lower the blood glucose level. For this reason, it is essential that the product is only taken after a full consultation with your doctor. As there is no experience of administering the product to children or to pregnant women and breastfeeding women, we would advise that these groups do not take bitter melon extract.
